Yes, we will handle it all from taking professional photos of your property, background checks, and credit reports and employment checks if required. We will handle viewings with pre-qualified tenants to make sure they are the right fit for your property. The leasing fee for Condos will be $500, Town Homes and Row Homes will be $750, single level Main Floor or Basement Suites will be $500, Upper Level Multi-floor House will be $750, Duplexes will be $750, and Houses start at a minimum of $1000. A lease renewal fee will be a flat $250. For shorter term rentals consisting of 1 month to 3 months on a fixed term tenancy agreement, the leasing fee will be $150 with a flat lease renewal fee of $100. For mid term rentals ranging from 4 months to 11 months on a fixed term tenancy agreement, the leasing fee will be $300 with a flat lease renewal fee of $150. The monthly management fee is 10% of the gross monthly rent. A multi-property discount would apply to reduce the monthly management fee of future properties depending on the volume.
